■Summary of the problem
The limit on obtaining the reward for clearing
the target dungeon (described below) remains "once a week".


■Regarding future actions
Regarding this issue, we will change the event schedule for the affected dungeon as follows,
and also change the restrictions on obtaining clear rewards midway through the event.
