Currently, we are receiving multiple inquiries regarding unintended item transfers due to insufficient confirmation during player-to-player transactions, and related problems.

To ensure a fair playing environment for all players, the operations team will not uniformly return items, provide compensation, or roll back transactions that have been successfully completed by the system, regardless of the reason.

When trading or selling valuable equipment or rare items, please double-check the following points before pressing the confirmation button:

- Are you listing an item that you are willing to sell to other players?
- Is the selling price (Coins) set correctly?

On the other hand, if any actions that violate our policy are confirmed, we will apply penalties appropriate to the circumstances.
Please be aware that repeated violations or other serious offenses may result in permanent login suspension.
