After a comprehensive assessment of the content of
the "38th Siege Rematch" held on Saturday, July 13th,
we have decided that the "Lapiz" Legion has won.

Therefore, we will be changing the castle lord legion
during maintenance on Tuesday, July 23rd.

We have identified the cause of the issue with the throne icon disappearing,
and will apply a fix to it before holding the August Siege Battle.

The event (August Siege Battle) will be held on Saturday, August 17th.

Considering that the 38th Siege Rematch was unable to proceed normally,
the legions eligible to participate will remain the same as last time,
but the defending legion will be replaced with the castle lord legion,
and the match will be held without a Castle Siege Skirmish.

In addition, there will be a proclamation period,
so if the attacking legion does not participate,
the proclamation right will be deferred to the following legions
